About Our Family Farm

We produce the highest quality of home grown beef, by running a cow-calf operation.  We raise our own calves so we know that we have a good quality animal.

Beginning as a hobby for our Dad, Wadis, we continue to see our herd grow, along with our family. Currently, we count 100 cows.

We love our farm, and the family time we create together.

Our Farm: Growing for the Future

We get together one Saturday a month for breakfast, farm work, and a yummy lunch. Our main goal is to teach our kids the value of hard work while growing our farm.

Currently we have approximately 150 acres of pasture and wooded land that we own, and we also rent about 105 acres of three other farms to graze. Along with 50 acres of rented land to grow hay on. Summertime requires a lot of time battling the weather to gather your hay before rains. Though, we are thankful for the LORD sending the rains when He does! As you can see, it takes a lot of land and grass to raise cattle.

We hope this will grow into a sustainable way to produce quality beef for our families and for others in our communities.

Our Story

Wadis grew up around cows, hogs, and goats. He started on his own in his adult years purchasing two cows from an auction and then six cows from a neighbor. Over the years he started getting better quality genetic bulls, and to this day has built up a good quality cow herd. Raising them on land his mother left for him, and eventually buying more land around him to accommodate all of the cattle.  He and his wife Denise built a home on what would eventually have cows all around them.  They had two children, Dylan and Victoria. Cows have always been apart of our upbringing, with tractor rides and pitch forking up hay. Now we count around 100 cows, and continue to grow.  We are thankful for the opportunity to get to provide not only our family, but others around us with good quality, hormone free beef.

Bull breeds we have had:  Angus, Hereford, Charolais, Akaushi

Currently we have two Angus Bulls, and one Akaushi Bull.
