WHOLE, HALF OR QUARTER

$5.25 per lb ($5.00 per lb whole) - We pay for the cutting and wrapping. The meat will be frozen at time of pick up.

Just place your order with us, and we will let you know the estimated time that your beef will be ready.

Once we know the hang weights, we will be able to give you the exact cost, and get you in touch with our butcher, so you can pick out the cuts of meat you want.

The butcher will discuss the cuts with you, but the cuts are normally:

Ground Beef,  Beef Ribs,  Boneless Stew,  T-Bone Steak,  Brisket,  Club Steak,  Rump Roast,  Rib Steak,

Cube Steak,  Chuck Roast,  Sirloin Steak,  End Cut Steak,  Shoulder Roast
